I will make two presentations during the 3-day conference. The first one is a OW2 Use Case/Success Story, Accelerating mission critical business processes with Bonita BPM 6.
For developers with Java application(s) already running the business, or new ones in development, who don't want to change information systems, I will show how to integrate BPM and workflow with them. To integrate or to embed…either way, Bonita BPM 6 can be part of your development! This presentation includes a use case starting from Eclipse setup to Java API usage through communication with the Bonita_Client.
- Set up development environment (Eclipse, Maven, ...)
- Import JAR libraries, configure Bonita Engine, Bonita Client and Database (PostgreSQL)
- Use Java API to communicate between a Java application and Bonita Client
- Use case: integrate Bonita BPM with an existing Java application
- Questions and answers
And of course Bonita is open source, so the use case files will be available on GitHub for anyone to fork!
The second presentation is an OW2 Project Spotlight, How to integrate Bonita BPM 6 into your Java developments and applications.
