New VP of People at Bonitasoft highlights company’s commitment to positive employee experience
Bonitasoft, recently certified as a “Great Place to Work®” and included in the 2019 “Best Workplaces France” list, announced today the arrival of Charlotte Adams as Vice President of People. The creation of this post and the selection of Adams to fill it reflects the company's goal to strengthen its employer brand and its attractiveness in a competitive labor market. Her objective: to strengthen HR policy in the service of employees and support growth through a supportive environment favorable to employee development.
"Having previously worked at Bonitasoft from 2012 to 2015, I know that the Bonitasoft adventure is above all a human adventure and that's largely what motivated my return,” said Adams. “As there is generally a shortage of the technical skills we seek, one of my first missions is to recruit fifteen new employees by the end of 2019, and to define an HR policy in concert with both the company strategy and employee expectations.”
Charlotte will also promote diversity at Bonitasoft in all the working teams (in terms of nationalities, age and gender) and support employees by offering them exceptional working conditions (including telecommuting and compensation packages), as well as customized training and skills development programs.
Bonitasoft recently implemented a flexible work agreement to empower each employee and offer a better work-life balance. Every employee in the company can work remotely (permanently or whenever desired) and is able to organize their own working time in coordination with their team’s needs.
Adams has a Masters’ Level 2 degree from the IAE (Institute of Business Administration) of Grenoble in Human Resources Strategic Management and has developed strong skills in HR management in various companies in the world of software development (Bonitasoft, Digimind, Arturia).
