Bonitasoft CEO Miguel Valdes Faura has been named a “Maverick of the Year!”
“While I’m honored to be personally recognized,” says Miguel, “the effort and dedication of the Bonitasoft family and the open source community has been the true driver of success for the company.”
The recognition that Miguel is referring to is the Bronze Stevie, conferred by the International Business Awards. The Stevie Awards recognize outstanding performance in the workplace worldwide. Maverick of the Year recognizes individuals who have affected the most positive change on his or her company and/or industry since the beginning of 2012.
This honor represents another milestone in a momentous year for BPM disruptor Bonitasoft. During the past year, the Bonitasoft team under Miguel's leadership has released the new Bonita BPM 6, and completed a third round of funding to fuel global expansion plans in the USA, Europe and Latin America.
As the world's fastest-growing BPM provider, to date Bonitasoft has more than 2,000,000 downloads, 600 customers, and a community of over 60,000 contributors.
The International Business Awards are the world’s premier business awards program. More than 3,300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were submitted this year for consideration in a wide range of categories.
