    CEO

    As the new CEO of Bonitasoft, Christophe brings a wealth of experience in structuring and expanding successful tech companies in France.

    In recent years, he has led the transformation of PrestaShop's business model, helping to double the company's activity without fundraising. A former member of the executive committee of Brevo (formerly Sendinblue) and Lengow, he has also held business development positions in large international groups such as PayPal, SAP and American Express. 

    Christophe is a recognized expert in the art of growing companies by activating powerful and sustainable development levers.

    VP of People

    As VP of People, Charlotte develops HR policies at the employees' service and supports the company's growth by creating favorable work conditions to promote professional fulfilment.

    Charlotte graduated from IAE de Grenoble with a Master's degree in Strategic Human Resources Management. She has developed strong HR management skills within a number of software companies including Digimind, Arturia and even Bonitasoft a few years earlier!

    CTO & VP Product and Technology

    Nicolas joined Bonitasoft at the very beginning of the Bonitasoft adventure, first as an R&D Engineer, then as Bonitasoft Software Development Manager. Currently he is Bonitasoft's VP of Product and Technology.

    Nicolas (also known as Captain Bonita) is passionate about development and technology. He leads the R&D team to new heights using the most recent technologies and methodologies.

    As COO of Bonitasoft, Shamil Hassanaly is responsible for the sales, pre-sales, marketing, customer support, customer experience, and professional services teams.

    Before joining Bonitasoft, Shamil was responsible for the Global Maintenance Renewal Organisation at InfoVista in addition to leading the Global Customer Support & Professional Services Team for Europe.

    After graduating in France, Shamil completed a four-year Business Administration program at the European Business School in London.

    CFO

    Louis-Philippe is in charge of the financial strategy to support Bonitasoft's growth. To this end, he is responsible for the finance and legal functions.
    Louis-Philippe began his career in audit at Grant Thornton before moving into tech and joining Neolane (acquired by Adobe in 2013).
    He is a graduate of the ESG Management School.

  • Aurélie Niddam

    VP of marketing

    Aurélie is responsible for strengthening the visibility and position of Bonitasoft on the BPM market. She manages the team to implement the operational strategy for promoting the image and expertise of Bonitasoft.

    Aurélie's experience in developing customer acquisition and retention strategies and implementing multi-channel marketing actions with SEM, SEO, Partners, paid social, mobile marketing, and CRM was begun when she was at Tableau Software in the role of Marketing Manager. This experience deepened when she lead a team at Diday Solutions as Head of Marketing.

    She holds an MS in International Business from SKEMA Business School and an MS in International Business from the University of North Carolina in the United States.
