What benefits did you get from our last survey?
Product
We have received a lot of positive feedback that encourages us to continue to enhance the Bonita Platform’s main differentiators:
- Low-code Bonita Studio
- WYSIWYG User Interface Designer
- Powerful automation engine
- Strong open source DNA!
We have also received some useful improvement requests focused on automated runtime deployment and updates, business data management, Continuous Delivery, and User Interface Designer technology updates.
Because customer care is really important to us at Bonitasoft, we have taken a certain number of actions following this survey:
- Product team has contacted a dozen customers and partners to gather additional feedback on specific points like Business Data Manager improvements, Continuous Delivery, platform monitoring and process configuration.
- Topics coming directly from the survey have been included in the roadmap:
- Bonita Studio as a low-code tool: continue to invest in our unique low code approach, with clear separation of visual programming (in Bonita Studio) versus coding (with your preferred coding tools)
- Strong Continuous Delivery improvement thanks to Bonita Project dependencies (Bonita project as a maven project).
- UI Designer technology update: Web Component will progressively replace AngularJS. This will come with a fully automated migration tool to ensure the progressive usage of this new technology in your project.
- Bonita Portal provided as Living App
- Full Java 11 support
- Other topics have not been forgotten and will be considered for a future round of roadmap priority.
Customer Support
- Improvement of the Customer Portal to make it a One Stop Customer Service Center (CSC), allowing our Customers to interact with our Customer Support and also with Professional Services, Training departments from a single location.
- We have bundled in our Enterprise 1.1 subscription, Bonita valued services (unlimited access to our Experts Corner, assistance for an annual Audit & Bonita update)
