Today our Bonitasoft value focus is on "Consideration & Respect."
In a competitive landscape full of talented people, empathy and kindness go a long way. We appreciate and respect each other as individuals and welcome diversity.
This value underpins everything else we do. Excellence and innovation come from people who are valued and know it.
It's not possible to be truly customer-centered without respect, and it's not a big reach to extend that respect to *everyone* in the ecosystem.
