The new Bonitasoft Customer Service Center offers easy, timely, one-stop access to resources for our customers, providing them a better experience, services and customer support. And it’s entirely built on our new Bonita 2021.2, the low code platform for business process automation.
The Customer Service Center is the main communication hub between Bonitasoft and several very different types of end users of the Bonita digital automation platform provider. Developers, system architects, business users and others needed a central place to find resources such as Bonita updates, downloads, access to licenses, technical support, questions about “How to do” something, request for training or additional services, access to documentation, release notes, videos, and “what’s new.”
The new Customer Service Center now offers easy, one-stop access to resources such as Bonita releases, software licenses, release notes, “what’s new,” technical support, usage questions, requests for training or services, documentation, other downloadable assets, and videos.
