Shamil Hassanaly appointed Chief Operating Officer of Bonitasoft

Bonitasoft, an industry leader in process automation solutions with Business Process Management (BPM), has announced the appointment of Shamil Hassanaly as Chief Operating Officer.

In this role as COO, Hassanaly will oversee a portfolio encompassing sales, pre-sales, marketing, customer support, customer experience, and professional services teams at the company. Bonitasoft is bolstering its organizational structure to support its strategic development plan and deliver BPM-based solutions that meet the growing demand for advanced automation and optimization of business processes.

After 5 years at Bonitasoft as Chief Customer Officer, Hassanaly will now focus on supporting the company's growth initiatives, with a particular emphasis on supporting operational excellence. This strategic focus aims to enhance the onboarding and integration process for new clients, maximizing their value proposition.

This appointment underscores Bonitasoft's commitment to innovation and excellence in a rapidly evolving hyperautomation market, further solidifying its position as a leader in business process automation for mid-sized and large enterprises.

Shamil Hassanaly, 48, earned his degree in Business Management from the European Business School in London. Prior to joining Bonitasoft in 2019, he held the position of Vice President of Customer Service at InfoVista (a network orchestration solution), where he played a pivotal role in structuring customer relations during a period of rapid growth.
