The Bonitasoft Customer Support and Customer Success Team was just presented with a Bronze Stevie® Award in the "Support and Customer Service" category in the ninth annual Stevie Awards.
“This award is especially valuable to the Bonitasoft team as we took a risk and broadened our focus from customer ‘support’ to customer ‘success’ last year,” Miguel Valdés Faura said. “We wanted to make sure that we are being proactive and responsive with our customers. The Customer Success team opened two-way communication with a wide cross-section of customers and developed a view of issues and best practices so they can anticipate and guide users towards appropriate solutions as early as possible, before problems arise.”
This is the third consecutive year Bonitasoft has been recognized by a Stevie Awards panel. Bonitasoft received a Gold Stevie® Award in 2014 in the Best New Product or Service of the Year – Software – Integration Solution category. CEO Miguel Valdés Faura was recognized with a Bronze Stevie Award for “Maverick of the Year” in 2013.
The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are the world’s top sales awards, business development awards, contact center awards and customer service awards. The Stevie Awards organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious American Business Awards and International Business Awards. The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Feb. 27 in Las Vegas.
